Åsundsholm Golf & Country Club
Beautifully situated in a traditional country estate environment along Åsunden’s beach. At Åsundsholm the land and nature relationship is the best. The area is located in climate zones 2-3, about 160 metres above sea level and right next to Lake Åsunden. This means an unusually long season with an early start and a late closing of the golf year in Västergötland. The landscape is undulating and varied. The course is of the parkland, forest, and link character and very varied. There is water as natural hazards and from most of the holes there are views of Åsunden. The course is challenging for both beginners and elite players and offers both a beautiful and peaceful outdoor experience. The course has been designed by Henrik Wissing and is constructed according to the latest standards including high quality USGA greens and irrigation on all tees, greens and fairways.
